In addition to my expertise in architectural and interior design, I also focus on urban design with a knowledge and commitment to civic issues.

On a number of diverse civic projects, Iíve assisted and facilitated various community/stake-holder groups,in a public participatory process known asìco-designî,

that successfully unites the community in a common vision.

My familiarity with the design review panels on municipal planning departments have led to successful resolution of design issues that would have otherwise prevented clients from receiving planning approval for their projects.

I take design projects from conceptual design through to Building Permit phase.

	I present projects to municipal/civic design review panels for approval.
	I work closely with city planners on behalf of my clients ~ so they can proceed with producing working drawings & construction documents to get projects built the way they have been envisioned.
